Eat Like A Lion King

During the run of Disney's THE LION KING at the Historic Orpheum Theatre (right next door), get your "Hakuna Matata" on with a three course pre-show prix fixe dinner at Solera. The menu features your choice of first course and entree plus dessert.

 

First Course options

Squash Soup porcini mushrooms, cinnamon crema, sage

Green Salad organic greens, marconna almonds, aged sherry

vinaigrette

Entree Course options

Moroccan Braised Lamb vegetable cous-cous, labna, mint chimichuri

Artic Char white beans, grilled mushrooms, oven dried tomatoes

Dessert

Pear Molasses Tart Mascarpone sherry ice cream, carmel mousse,

black pepper tuile

Paella Cooking Classes

Executive Chef Jorge Guzman will open the Solera kitchen to teach the class which includes two tapas, paella tasting, wine or sangria and the secret to preparing the perfect paella and tapas.
